We are a non-profit organization committed to empowering underprivileged communities through education, healthcare, and skill development. This Shipping Policy explains how “shipping” applies (or does not apply) to our charitable activities and donations.

No Shipping Required (Donations & Services)

We do not sell physical products or services that require shipping. Contributions made through our platform directly support our initiatives, including:

Education for underprivileged children
Healthcare & medical aid for those in need
Skill development and vocational training

When you make a donation, no physical goods are shipped. Your support is used to fund programs and beneficiaries.

Digital Receipts & Acknowledgements

Donation acknowledgements and, where applicable, 80G tax receipts are provided digitally via email/SMS.
Please ensure your email and mobile number are correct. Check spam/promotions if you don’t see our emails.
If you require a physical acknowledgement, write to us—availability is subject to operational feasibility and may take additional time.

In-Kind Donations (No Courier by Us)

We gratefully accept in-kind support (e.g., educational materials, medical supplies) arranged by donors.
We do not pick up or ship items. Donors should contact us to coordinate drop-off or delivery.
In-kind items are not returnable once accepted. Please confirm suitability with us before sending.

Events, Passes, & E-Tickets

For any events or activities we organize, e-tickets/passes and confirmations (if applicable) are delivered electronically. No physical tickets are shipped.

Future Merchandise or Thank-You Items

If, in the future, a campaign offers a complimentary “thank-you” item or we operate a merchandise section, the specific shipping terms—dispatch timelines, charges, and coverage—will be clearly displayed on the respective page before checkout/pledge.
