Every Saturday gives us another opportunity to turn compassion into meaningful action. While we move through our daily lives, many vanars struggle to find sufficient food, clean water and timely medical attention. Some suffer from weakness, injuries, infections or other health problems without anyone to care for them. Through its Saturday Vanar Seva initiative, Kindkarna Foundation works to bring food, relief, treatment and compassionate care to vanars in need.

A Saturday Dedicated to Compassion

Saturday can become more meaningful when it is spent helping a living being that cannot ask for assistance in words. Vanars living around roads, temples, forests and populated areas often depend on uncertain food sources. Extreme weather, lack of water and changing surroundings can make their daily survival even more difficult.
